Jonathan Moseley honoured by the RHS

Monday 9th March 2023 was the annual Royal Horticultural Society awards presentation and one of our NAFAS favourites received a high honour.

Jonathan was awarded the Harlow Carr medal for services to horticulture in the North of England in flower arranging and floristry.

Jonathan works tirelessly promoting the flower world whether it is on TV with Alan Titchmarsh, doing demonstrations to the public at RHS Shows or demonstrating and teaching to NAFAS clubs and areas.

He is always cheery and positive about the joys of working with flowers and undoubtedly encourages people to bring flowers into their own homes.

Area Chairman Pip Bensley was at the event in her position as a senior RHS judge and said “everyone was delighted for Jonathan, he is so modest about his achievements and really deserves this honour”. The Wessex & Jersey area congratulates Jonathan on the recognition of his unstinting work to bring flowers to people.
